Maggie Warwick studied Fine Art Film and Media at the Royal College of Art and has exhibited work both nationally and internationally.  During her extensive career in film she has acted as executive producer and producer for many artists working with the moving image both in the UK and abroad.

She studied etching at Morley College and at City and Guilds London Art School and is currently in the process of setting up her own print studio in south London.  She has exhibited prints at The Original Print Fair, Shoreditch Town Hall, East London Printmakers and The Morley Gallery. Her work is held in the collection at the Victoria and Albert Museum and in several private collections. She is a member of East London Printmakers.

Her work focuses mainly on the process of etching, using hard and soft grounds, aquatint and a variety of metals. Engaging with the natural world, plants and stones in particular; there is an underlying menace intertwined with fragility and threat enmeshed with beauty. It is about survival, protection and the enduring desire to live.
