Jon first attended Brooks University in Oxford,studying Photograph, Art & design on a City and Guilds course. Then he when to London and became an assistant to a number of photographers, first Zoe Dominic a theatre photographer,then onto fashion, and then food photography. He became freelance assistant to Eve Arnold who was  a renowned Magnum photographer, becoming a friend and helping her out over a number of years. He then set up as a food photographer working for Advertising agency's on all kind of adverts below and above the line.

Please see the attached list of solo and joint exhibitions and awards. This only covers up to 2005 after which Jon exhibited somewhere every year mostly at the AOP gallery ( Association of Photographers )

His images where chosen three years running by Lithica in the concurs de fotografia a les Pedreres de s' Hostal ---in Menorca.

In August  this  summer he will exhibit at the 'Fosquets d Arts' in Ferreries Menorca. 

All his images are printed by Lambda onto archival Photographic paper.
